Placing your volunteer talents, skills and time in a way that is most rewarding for you and the most effective, is our priority. We want to efficiently match each of us to a volunteer opportunity where our passions will align.

We need your assistance to get up to date with our volunteer strengths. Take just a few minutes and share what your interest are and how you might want to contribute. Learn more about what AMTA-WA does for you and how you can be part of making our profession even better. Help to eliminate obstacles that might get in the way of having a fulfilling volunteer experience.

Just a few volunteer ideas are:

MERT (Massage Emergency Response Team) – needs responders and leaders for outreach activities and disaster deployments.

WSMT (Washington Sports Massage Team) – take part on this three-time National award-winning team that participates in over 30 events each a year. For most of them, you even get paid to be a volunteer.

Communications – Are you creative and outgoing? Ca you take pictures of an event? Can you write educational articles or help find other talent with something to teach? Are you a techi?

MAIN (Massage Awareness and Involvement Network) – Many groups around the state and many more are needed to provide connection and education and keep us all up to date with current information, not to mention having some fun while we are at it. Let us know what you think.
