The Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, a partnership between the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, UW Medicine, and Seattle Children’s, is currently recruiting for volunteers to help provide practical and social support to patients and families undergoing cancer treatment.
MASSAGE THERAPY Volunteers are needed to provide comfort hand massages to patients and caregivers in our outpatient clinic. Persons must be licensed massage therapists and insured; experience or training with cancer patients is preferred. Massage Therapy Volunteers must also be able to make at least a 6 month commitment and be 21 years of age or older.

Yep, free. All you have to do is pick it up in Ballard.
But there's a catch.
This WAS a fantastic Living Earth Craft table, but a drunk client crashed into it and broke the legs at one end.
The table and padding are in great condition.
If you're handy, you could fix it. Probably would be best as a stationary table at this point, but if you're REALLY handy, you might be able to get it back to portable condition.
I'm moving on Tues August 31, so contact me right away if you're interested.
